There was a time when I felt myself fading out of my own life.

My body had survived more than my identity could keep up with. 

I didn’t feel broken — I felt unfamiliar.

At some point, I realized someone very small was watching me. Learning what it meant to live by watching how I lived.

That awareness changed everything.

I didn’t want to disappear.

I just couldn’t keep living as the version of myself that existed before everything changed.

What survived wasn’t weaker — it was truer.

I built what I wish existed when I knew I couldn't keep living the same way,

The Nova Reset™ grew from that rebuilding — slow, grounded, and honest.
